Hotel Guest Expectation in 2020

Before and after COVID-19

In 2020, Criton conducted two surveys, before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, to assess the technology preferences of hotel guests and to measure their expectations when staying in a hotel.

The surveys collected a total of more than 7,500 responses. 

This report first presents the results of both surveys and then discusses how guest expectations have changed throughout 2020, before and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
